Helicobacter pylori, or H. pylori, is a bacterium that is heavily associated with the development of peptic ulcers and other stomach conditions like gastritis or even stomach cancer. A urea breath test can help determine the presence of H. pylori in the lining of the stomach.
The test requires only a breath sample and can be administered in about 15 minutes in our office.
